Hannah Kadavy, MD,  is a board-certified family medicine physician with Providence Medical Group-The Plaza. In her practice, she emphasizes women’s health, prenatal and obstetric care, and addiction medicine. Drawn to medicine “to support and improve peoples’ health and lives, ” she enjoys building long-lasting relationships with her patients. Dr. Kadavy is a strong advocate for her patients’ health, working with them to make informed health decisions and to help reduce any barriers to receiving the care they need. She holds a bachelor’s degree in physiology from Oklahoma State University and a medical degree from the University of Oklahoma. She completed her internship and residency with the Providence Oregon Family Medicine Residency.
