  These questions are a hot topic. The key points I would like you to consider is the importance of healthy skin, a skin care routine and the difference between the different types of skin care. I would like you to consider your skin as an investment in your health. Our skin or integumentary system is the largest organ in our body acting as a barrier protecting us from the outside world, helps fight off infection, and glowing skin boosts our mental and physical health by improving confidence/self-esteem. Keeping our skin healthy requires commitment to a skin care routine, drinking 60-90 oz of water per day, eating a clean balanced diet, and routine fresh air and exercise. Our daily skin care routine needs to include regularly washing our face/neck, wearing mineral sunscreen daily, and using products such as moisturizers and serums. Regular procedures such as facials, medical peels, IPL or photo-facials, and microneedling leave you with a healthy glowing skin. • Bioidentical Hormone Replacement

  What are pellet implants? Hormone pellets are tiny cylinders that are inserted into numbed area of subcutaneous fat in the hip areas.   Weight Mangement Consultation -------------------------------- Health and Beyond Consultation is an appointment designed to address overall health and wellness which includes weight, diet, exercise and hormones (if applicable). Please bring in or email copies of labs to me if completed in the last 6 months. If you do not have current lab results we can discuss the process of ordering them for you. Cost is $150 which will go toward the 4 month program cost should you decide to move forward. If you have your current labs we will be able to give your first injection at this appointment after I determine your eligibility.   Dermal Fillers Cheek Filler - is used to restore lost volume or to contour/lift the cheeks which in turn helps the smile lines (nasolabial folds) and jowls (marionette lines). ----------------------------------- Chin Filler - As we age, we lose bone and soft tissue in our lower face. Filler is used to augment the chin, enlongating the face, giving shape and definition to the face, as well as improving and balancing the profile. This treatment can also treat a cleft chin to achieve a smooth appearance. ----------------------------------- Dissolve Filler - Filler migrating or unhappy with filler? Dissolving filler will help! Book this appointment to get your filler dissolved with Hylenex. ----------------------------------- Ear Lobe Filler - Filler is used to rejuvenate deflated ears from aging and/or wearing heavy earrings. ----------------------------------- Hand Filler - Hands are one of the first areas to show aging. Filler be injected to restore volume loss in the tops of the hands for a youthful and softened look. ----------------------------------- Hyperdilute Radiesse - filler made of calcium based microspheres that is diluted with normal saline and spread out thinly over the treatment area to build collagen and tighten skin. Often used in many areas in the face and the neck. Radiesse acts as fertilizer for collagen often needing up to 3 treatments 4-6 weeks apart with results lasting 15-24 months. ----------------------------------- Jawline Filler - A sculpted jawline is desirable for both men and women since it adds definition to your face with a little filler! Occasionally we will recommend kybella or Morpheus 8 treatments first before filler. Make an appt for this service but we will do an evaluation and recommend what is the best initial step for you. ----------------------------------- Lip Plumping - Filler is used to restore, hydrate and/or augment the lips. After discussing your goals we will decide together your treatment plan. Dental block to keep you comfortable at no additional charge. Laughing gas is an option for pain control. ----------------------------------- Nasolabial Folds/Smile Lines or Lower Face/Mouth Filler - Filler is used to soften the appearance of the nasolabial folds (smile/laugh lines). Often, cheek (midface) filler is needed to help lift and take the weight off of the nasolabial folds which can be done at the same time. Along with the nasolabial folds the lower face can be addressed as well. Filling in fine lines around the mouth, and up-turn the corners of the mouth can be customized based on your needs and desires. ----------------------------------- Neck and/or Chest Rejuvenation - Radiesse is used in a diluted form to thicken and smooth the skin in the neck and decollete. It works by stimulating your own collagen and elastin. As we age the skin becomes thin and crepey across our neck/chest. Neck and chest are often neglected! Typically we will recommend 3 sessions. ----------------------------------- Under Eye Filler - Under eye filler is used to replace volume loss and to correct dark circles, shadows, hollow areas. Corrects "tired eyes". Occasionally we will recommend filler in the mid cheek as well to support the under eye area if appropriate.

• PDO Threads

  There are many type of PDO threats to lift, stimulate collagen and or tighten sagging skin tissues using threads made of polydioxanone. The thread is placed deep into the layer of the skin and produces three effects: - Instant skin lifting through mechanical effects (degree varies on the individual) we will discuss at your appointment if the lifting threads or barbed threads are appropriate for you and your goals. - Collagen stimulation and neovascularization to improve texture, fine lines, and wrinkles. Skin tightening by approximating tissues. - Threads will disappear through hydrolysis after six months. The lifted facial tissues can remain for up to two years but typically one year or less.
