Marquam Manor Apt

I've been so grateful for my little Marquam Manor apartment. The manager is a peach, the residents are almost all quiet, responsible, and respectful, the beautiful historic 1930 building and grounds are kept clean and beautiful by the highly conscientious manager and when there are any maintenance issues (1930's building --living history of course) the manager takes care of them as efficiently and completely as possible. My neighbors are all just wonderfully nice and really respect the quiet hours and the community spaces too. JMC
