Adam Weiner has been practicing law in Oregon since May 1998. After successfully spending many years representing individuals in different types of litigation in state and federal court, Adam decided to open his own law practice in the summer of 2009 primarily focusing on representing individuals and small businesses in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. Since that time, Adam has been providing compassionate and professional legal services to those considering or pursuing a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Adam is a highly-skilled and knowledgeable debt relief attorney who will explain all of the strategies and options (including non-bankruptcy options) that are available to individuals. In addition to his knowledge, professionalism, compassion, and strong advocacy to help guide individuals regarding their debt issues, Adam truly believes his strength that separates him from the rest is his personal attention to every client (unlike some bankruptcy law firms, Adam does not rely on non-lawyer assistants to meet with potential and/or actual clients). Call today for a free consultation and start feeling better about your debt situation knowing that there are options.

After majoring in business economics at Miami University in southwest Ohio, Mr. Weiner attended the University of Oregon School of Law beginning in the fall of 1995 and moved to Portland in 1998 to begin practicing law. His legal career began as a criminal defense attorney representing indigent individuals charged with misdemeanors. During this time Mr. Weiner gained extensive trial experience as he solely represented his clients from start to finish in 18 jury trials in Washington and Multnomah counties. He now exclusively practices consumer bankruptcy law because he strongly believes that in today’s hostile (and often arbitrary) economic climate individuals need strong, knowledgeable, and compassionate legal representation to help them ease their financial burdens and protect their rights. Mr. Weiner has been an active member of the Oregon State Bar since May 6, 1998. Also, he is admitted to practice in the: U.S. District Court, District of Oregon (April 19, 1999); U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit (October 3, 2000); and Supreme Court of the U.S.A (August 5, 2002). When not helping people at his law practice, he enjoys the Redwoods, Oregon’s amazing nature (especially the forests and rivers), and playing music.
