  • Amanda Drechsler

    Hello! My name is Amanda Drechsler and I have been with KinderCare since 2007. I started out as a School Age teacher, while pursuing my Bachelor’s degree at Portland State University. After gaining my BA in Social Science, with an emphasis in elementary education, I was promoted into various management roles including Health and Safety Coordinator, Program Specialist, and Assistant Director. I had the opportunity to work at multiple locations, and bring strategies I learned from others to this center. I am passionate about teachers implementing high quality curriculum, and maintaining our company’s standards of education. I believe early childhood education has as large impact on the child’s success when they move on to elementary school, and I am excited to be apart of that process!

  • Ms. Anna

    <p><!--block-->Ms. Anna was born in Estonia and speaks Russian fluently. She moved to Portland, Oregon when she was three, and has lived most of her life here. Ms. Anna spent four years helping her church in Indiana, but is happy to be back working and living in Oregon. Her goal is to become a center director one day and she is excited about it!</p>

  • Ms. Beth Kenfield

    Beth's career with KinderCare begin in January of 1987 while she was attending Mt. Hood Community College and Portland State University. She taught in the Preschool and Prekindergarten classrooms while earning her teaching degree. After graduating from Portland State University, she accepted the position of Kindergarten Teacher in 1991. She also served as our Assistant Director before becoming our Program Director.

  • Ms. Paula

    Ms. Paula began her KinderCare Career with her son, Zachary, in the infant room. She has worked in Preschool, Prekindergarten and School Age classrooms and is now serving nutritional meals, which the students love. In her off time, she enjoys going to sporting events that her son participates in.
