I started with Farmers® back in December of 1987, and have spent time as an agent, a district manager, a trainer, and now as a business consultant. Though I have a wide knowledge of Farmers and what it takes to be a successful Agency Owner, my area of focus is as a consultant to agents in the area of business management. I also have a strong interest and background in Financial Services*, and enjoy assisting agents to leverage this income source to help customers plan for the future. Working with Farmers has given me the ability to have a varied and fulfilling career for almost 30 years.

I started with Farmers in 1981 in Omaha, Nebraska, as an agent. In 1984 I relocated to Oregon, and once there worked as an agent and part-time trainer for a couple of District Managers. I transitioned to a full-time training position in 1993, covering a wide range of Farmer's products with a focus on supporting agent's efforts to write commercial insurance. With the growth of the Farmers Business Insurance Division, I have been able to do what I really love on a day-to-day basis: Helping new and existing agents write and retain select businesses.

I have been working with Danny at the District Office since the start, and it's been an exciting time! Danny and I love building the district up together. In the District I work to manage the office operations, budget, and management.
