At Providence Portland Medical Center, our family-centered approach to childbirth includes care from physicians and midwives dedicated to the health and well-being of the entire family. Your delivery will be supported by a team of providers dedicated to meeting your needs. In addition to skilled obstetricians and certified nurse midwives, our care team includes family practice physicians and certified nurse anesthetists and lactation consultants. Many of our staff nurses hold national certification in the area of childbirth and lactation.
