Description
As part of a nationwide Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, Providence PACE helps keep older adults as healthy as possible. PACE participants receive comprehensive health care and social services to help them remain independent and living in their community. Providence PACE Irvington Village is a 104-unit assisted living facility featuring studio and one-bedroom apartments, each with its own kitchenette, emergency call system, telephone hook-up, air conditioning and digital cable. A main residential community room is available for gatherings, and most floors offer a parlor, complete with a library, computers or television. Participant residents have on-site access to their primary care team along with all of the social and medical benefits offered by the PACE model of care.
